I love to follow a blog in particular called eSynergy. Brenda is an abstract painter and her work is much like what I imagine myself painting if I were to develop those skills. Her colors and shapes speak my language and she often has interesting and inspiring articles to read on her blog as well.As we are all thankful for our blog readers and followers I decided to create this calligram especially for Brenda using a list of words she sent me which she feels describe her character. I really enjoyed doing it and think I'll eventually make one for myself as well!
So, if you ever start to feel that you are sitting in your little corner of the world blogging away and wondering if it matters......feel confident that in some quiet way you are probably inspiring someone or fulfilling the artistic life that someone would choose as an alternative to theirs.

Fantastic! It could almost be a logo - I mean, if you were to do one for yourself. Vintage and Nostalgia would be there for me. Matter of fact, I'm going to put up some mail art in the AM. Not a Thank You, but this one is to a mother and daughter whom I met through my art Just because. ;o)
